Return & Refund Policy

Returns Accepted

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +233 247 569 384 or email us at bilalisakari95@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via Mobile Money or the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened and used
  • Products returned after 7 days without prior approval
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Purely Herbals will cover the return shipping cost. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
